Request a return, step by step

Want to return an item? Submit your return request through your Nearlife account. You will then receive return instructions by email for the items you selected.

Request a return through your account

1. Open your order

Sign in using the email address you placed your order with and the verification code sent to your inbox. Open the order you would like to request a return for.

2. Select your items

Select the items you would like to return, complete the requested details and submit your return request.

3. Wait for your return instructions

You will receive instructions by email for the selected items, including the return address and how to send your parcel. Wait for these instructions before sending anything back.

Items from different suppliers

Nearlife works with different suppliers, so the return address may vary by item. Pack items for different return addresses separately and follow the instructions for the relevant items.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Mention this in your request and include an explanation. Wait for instructions for your situation before sending the item back.
